About us

Founded by Lauren and Kate, friends for over a decade, Quest Childcare was created with a simple goal: to provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore and grow at their own pace. We understand that choosing childcare is one of the most important decisions a family can make and as parents we both understand the juggle of work and family life.

Our approach combines warmth and structure. Every child is treated as an individual with their own interests. Through a balance of child-led play, guided activities and supportive relationships we help children build strong foundations outside of the classroom. 

What makes Quest different is the intention behind everything we do. From the way we communicate with families to the environments we create each day. We focus on building trust and genuine connection. We’re not just a childcare setting, we’re a place where children feel valued, have lots of fun and where families feel supported.

As a team, we’re passionate about early years development and dedicated to creating a positive and enriching experience for every child who joins us. We work closely with parents to understand and support each child’s journey, offering thoughtful extras like a home cooked meal (made by Kate!) and homework support from a qualified Primary School Teacher (led by Lauren!).
